Therapy can be beneficial for anyone who is seeking support, clarity, or growth—whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. You don’t need to have a mental health diagnosis or be in crisis to benefit from talking to a therapist.

Standard individual and couples therapy sessions are approximately 55 minutes long, which aligns with the clinical guidelines for a full-length session (CPT code 90837 and 90847). For clients who are navigating more complex concerns or simply prefer more time for deeper exploration, 90-minute sessions are also available upon request.
How often we meet depends on your needs, goals, and availability. Many clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and develop a strong therapeutic relationship. Over time, some choose to shift to biweekly or monthly sessions as they gain tools and confidence.
We’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels supportive—not overwhelming or too sparse. The frequency can always be adjusted as your needs change.
The length of therapy varies from person to person and depends on your individual needs, goals, and the challenges you’re facing. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (around 6–12 sessions) to address a specific concern, while others may find that longer-term therapy is more helpful for exploring deeper patterns or healing from complex life experiences.
We’ll regularly check in on your progress and goals to ensure therapy continues to meet your needs. Ultimately, you decide when you feel ready to end or pause therapy—there’s no one-size-fits-all answer, and we’ll collaborate along the way to determine what’s right for you.
I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting parents as they navigate the emotional and psychological transitions of pregnancy and postpartum. This includes challenges such as postpartum depression and anxiety, identity shifts, and learning how to prioritize your own well-being while caring for a child.
In addition to perinatal care, I work with couples experiencing high-conflict concerns such as frequent and intense arguments, communication breakdowns, emotional volatility, or difficulty adjusting to major life changes. My approach helps couples move from chaos and disconnection to greater clarity and collaboration.
For individuals who are not partnered or seeking couples work, I also provide therapy focused on boundary setting, life transitions, self-esteem building, and personal organization.
